Regular dusting with a soft, dry cloth is recommended. For deeper cleans, use a specialized leather conditioner every 6-12 months and avoid placing furniture in direct sunlight to prevent fading.
What is your shipping policy for large furniture items?
We offer White Glove Delivery on all sofa and sectional orders. This includes professional transport, room-of-choice placement, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all our leather furniture comes with a 10-year structural frame warranty and a 2-year warranty on the leather upholstery against manufacturing defects.
Can I request leather swatches before purchasing?
Absolutely. You can order up to five complimentary leather swatches through our website to help you choose the perfect color and texture for your home.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund, minus a restocking fee and return shipping costs.
